  • Day 0 :
    • Departure from Washington DC.
  • Day 1 :
    • Arrive in the Land of the Pharaohs at Cairo International Airport where you will be welcomed and assisted through immigration & customs by our representative, then escorted to your 5 stars hotel 
      Meals : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
  • Day 2 :
    • You will enjoy the sight of the great Pyramids of Giza, Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinos, and a stop at the Sphinx, an ancient symbol of wisdom and strength.
      Stop for lunch in an Egyptian specialties restaurant 
      Continue to the Necropolis of Sakkara, a funerary complex of the Old Kingdom with numerous mastabas and view the Step Pyramid of Zoser, the world’s first stone structure ever built; visit the Serapeum, tombs of the sacred bulls of Apis.
      Head to Memphis, the ancient capital of Upper and Lower Egypt; founded by King Menes, it was the center of ruling, commerce and culture for more than 3000 years.
      Meals : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
  • Day 3 :
    • Visit Cairo Museum of Antiquities, including the Treasures of Tutankhamun Tomb.
      Lunch at Naguib Mahfouz Restaurant in Khan El Khalili Bazaar.
      Visit this14th century largest covered market of the Middle East, abounding with workshops and stalls selling all manner of handmade items. The best place to buy memorable souvenirs, as well as gold or silver Cartouches with your name in hieroglyphs.

  • Day 4 :
    • Visit to Old Coptic Cairo churches and synagogue dating back to the 4th and 5th centuries, amongst them the Hanging Church built over the fortress of Babylon and St. Sergius church built in the area where the Holy Family took refuge.
      The next station will be the new National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. The museum’s exceptional collection includes the Royal Mummies exhibited in a new interactive display using 21st century cutting-edge technology that goes beneath the wrappings and reveals their secrets, shedding light on the rituals and religious beliefs surrounding mummification in ancient Egypt.

  • Day 5 :
    • Visit to the Citadel of Sultan Salah al-Din with Mohamed Ali’s Alabaster Mosque one of the most iconic monuments in Cairo. Its strategic location on the Muqattam Hills gave it a formidable defensive position, and offered, as it still does today, an unrestricted panoramic view of Cairo.
      At Islamic Cairo, also known as Medieval Cairo, visit the Mosque of Ibn Touloun, the second oldest mosque surviving in its full original form. Next to it, visit Gayer-Anderson Museum, consisting of two restored medieval houses, one dating to 1545 AD and the other to 1631, joined at one point by a bridge, becoming one house, where this British officer, orientalist and collectors lived and filled with his collection of art, furniture and carpets. It is also known as the “House of the Cretan Woman” or Beit al-Kritiliya.

  • Day 6 :
    • Exceptional visit to the Tarbush (Fez Hat) atelier. The hats are shaped on heavy brass presses you can see upon entering the shop that has been in business for over 150 years. The Fez itself is either of ancient Greek, Moroccan or Turkish origin. It was popular especially during the later period of the Ottoman Empire, where the fez became a symbol in the early 19th century. In 1827 Mahmud II mandated the fez as a modern headdress for his new army. The intention was to replace the turban, which acted as a marker of identity and so divided rather than unified the population.

      Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids of Giza, originally inaugurated in 1961 with the narrative voice of the late Richard Burton, it has since been reproduced and narrated in 10 different languages, the Sound & Light Show will take you on a journey thousands of years back, bringing the Egyptian legacy back to life.

  • Day 7 :
    • Pick-up at the hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Sharm El Sheikh.
      Meet and assist at Sharm El Sheikh Airport and transfer to your 5 stars hotel
      16 h Departure for a Camel Safari Experience, an exciting new way to indulge in leisure time. An amazing experience to ride and deal with this majestic animal. The dromedary, also called the Arabian camel, is a large, even-toed ungulate with one hump on its back.
  • Day 8 :
    • Excursion St. Catherine Monastery : Enjoy an amazing breathtaking journey to Mount Sinai and St. Catherine’s monastery.
    • First Option:  Mt. Moses and St Catherine Monastery. Our Representative will pick you up at the hotel at 23:30. Drive 220 km northwest of Sharm El Sheikh. Climb Mount Sinai, 2,285-meter altitude, to reach the summit on time to enjoy the splendid sunrise from atop Moses Mountain. 
      Down from the mount, you shall visit St Catherine’s Greek Orthodox monastery, surrounded by the walls of a solid fortress protecting it from aggressors over many centuries, is home to valuable and exceptional religious, architectural and historical worth. Among its treasures is a nonpareil library of ancient manuscripts and icons second only to the Vatican itself. It is of the oldest Christian Monasteries in the world, a UNESCO World Heritage site.  At the foot of the sacred mount, on the location of the Burning Bush, Justinian built in 527 AD, this fortress-monastery.       A most interesting journey during which you shall visit the convent consecrated to the daughter of one of the governors of Alexandria, baptized Catherine, tortured and martyred following her conversion of Christianity.
      Return to Sharm El Sheikh
    • Second Option: St Catherine Monastery ONLY.  Our representative will pick you up at the hotel at 07:00 a.m. to St Catherine Monastery only. (see description of Monastery above).
      After the Monastery’s visit, you will have lunch in Dahab, a Woodstock- like resort.
      Return to Sharm El Sheikh

  • Day 9 :
    • Departure for a thrilling adventure on four-wheel quads to enjoy the fascination of the beautiful Sinai desert. This is an exhilarating way to get a closer glimpse of the extraordinary desert scenery and you do not need any previous riding experience.  Stop on the way to visit the valley of Echo, followed by another stop at a desert tent where you will enjoy the distinctive Habak herbs Bedouin tea served with sweets.
      After dinner at the hotel, enter a World of fun at SOHO SQUARE. Designed to experience the ability to cater for all age groups, this place is a vibrant venue which has become the beacon of excellence within the town and the community.

  • Day 10 :
    • On board for an over-day boat ride, you will go beyond Sharm El Sheik to visit Ras Mohammed National Park. While snorkeling or diving, you'll have time to focus on the tide-exposed island and its underwater delights of the best coral reefs in the world. Discover the different stops and depending on the weather, one at the magical white sandbar known as White Island.  
      Meals : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
  • Day 11 :
    • Spend your last day relaxing at the beach sunbathing, swimming and enjoying a choice of water sports stroll through the famous streets of Naama Bay with all the wonderful souvenir shops. After Dinner, stroll through the famous streets of Naama Bay with all the wonderful souvenir shops.
      Your Egyptian adventure comes to an end today. It’s time to say goodbye, with the hope that you had an unforgettable journey.
      Afternoon check out, departure to the airport for Cairo and subsequently to the States.
