Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions shall form an integral part of all booking contracts.

BOOKING POLICY

To secure a reservation a 20% deposit payment of the total costs will be required  according to booking conditions.

A further 30% of the total cost will be required 90 days prior to departure.

Final Payment is due 45 days prior to the travelling date.

A contract must be signed with payment/rates agreement.
The Contract will highlight the date payments are due and the cancellation policy.
Booking will be confirmed only upon signing and returning the contract agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation is required for any reason fees will be as below:

More than 90 days prior to date of departure deposit refunded
Between 90 days and 45 days a cancellation fee of 50% of total cost
Less than 45 days a cancellation fee of 100% of total cost

Note: the above percentages are of the total booking cost, not on a deposit received.

If you cannot travel due to Covid-19, we will honour the monies paid to us and move the booking to a later date. For this to be applicable, one of the following must apply :
Within 14 days to departure, your destination country prevents you from entering due to their governmental guidelines and restrictions on your country of residence or your country of residence prevents you from departing due to their governmental guidelines and restrictions on the country you are travelling to.
All cancellations must be made in writing to LA REINE TRAVEL.

INSURANCE:

We strongly recommend a Comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy that covers for personal injury including but not limited to cancellation for any reason, and the cancellation or alteration to the scheduled itinerary for reasons involving weather or passenger or crew safety.

We also strongly recommend an Evacuation and Medical cover. It is important to note that in the event of medical emergency services, the evacuation are the guest’s financial responsibility.

Included 

- International R/T airfare from Washington DC.
- Domestic flight in Egypt.
- Accommodation in 5* deluxe hotels.
- 3 Meals daily incl. soft drinks, water, tea, coffee.
- Wi-Fi at the hotels in Egypt.
- Private transportation between airports & hotels.
- Programmed sightseeing including English speaking guide/Egyptologist, entrance fees, & a/c coach transportation.
- Taxes as currently applicable (subject to change according to prevailing government regulations)
- Visa to Egypt to US Nationals
- La Reine Help Desk at hotels reception area.
- English speaking Guide and/or La Reine repre[1]sentative accompanying group throughout the program.
- All Tips & gratuities Information request

Not Included

- Connecting individual flights from/to Washington DC (provided upon request)
- Travel and Health insurance.
- Visa to Egypt for non-US citizens
- Optional tours or extension programs.
- Alcoholic beverages.
- Items of a personal nature (phone calls, laundry, mini-bar, snacks etc.)
- Any item not mentioned in program.
- Any incidental governmental taxes.

CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT :

Check-in is usually at 14h and check-out is not later than 12h.

FORCE MAJEURE:

We do not accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance is prevented or affected by a result of “force majeure” any event which we as the supplier of the service could not foresee or avoid Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions and all similar events outside our control.
