  • Day 0 :
    • Departure from Washington DC.
  • Day 1 :
    • Arrival Day at Cairo International Airport where you will be welcomed and assisted through Immigration by our representative, then escorted to your 5 stars deluxe hotel. 
      After Dinner, drive to the Pyramids to enjoy the Sound and Light show.
      Meals : Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner
  • Day 2 :
    • Admire the sight of the great Pyramids of Giza, Cheops, Chephren & Mykerinos, followed by a stop at the Sphinx.
      Stop for lunch in an Egyptian specialties restaurant.
      Continue to the Necropolis of Sakkara, a funerary complex of the Old Kingdom with numerous mastabas and view the Step Pyramid of Zoser, the world’s first stone structure ever built; visit the Serapeum, tombs of the sacred bulls of Apis.
      Head to Memphis, the ancient capital of Upper and Lower Egypt; founded by King Menes, it was the center of ruling, commerce and culture for more than 3000 years.

  • Day 3 :
    • Visit the Cairo Museum of Antiquities, including the largest collection of Pharaonic artifacts and the famous treasures of Tutankhamun Tomb.
      Lunch at Naguib Mahfouz restaurant at Khan El Khalili Bazaar.
      Visit Khan El Khalili Bazaar, the 14th century largest covered market of the Middle East, abounding with workshops and stalls selling all manner of handmade items including gold and silver Cartouches with your name in hieroglyphs; leather, copper, brass, hand-blown glass, as memorable souvenirs
      Visit the Baron Empain's Palace, also known as the Hindu Palace. It is the most prominent monument in Heliopolis, a suburb of the capital, which was founded by the Baron at the turn of the 20th century. Heliopolis is now a thriving city and one of the more affluent areas of Cairo.

  • Day 4 :
    • Explore the Citadel, the most impressive defensive fortresses of Sultan Salah Al-Din (Saladin) dating to the Middle Ages and offering an unrestricted panoramic view of Cairo. Visit Mohamed Ali’s Alabaster Mosque and his mausoleum, one of the most iconic monuments in Cairo. 
      Lunch at Al Azhar Park restaurant
      Moving to Islamic Cairo known as Medieval Cairo. Visit the Mosque of Ibn Touloun, the second oldest mosque surviving in its full original form. Next to it, visit Gayer-Anderson Museum, consisting of two restored medieval houses, one dating to 1545 AD and the other to 1631, joined at one point by a bridge, becoming one house, where this British officer, orientalist and collectors lived and filled with his collection of art, furniture and carpets. It is also known as the “House of the Cretan Woman” or Beit al-Kritiliya..

  • Day 5 :
    • The day starts with Old Coptic Cairo 4th and 5th centuries churches, visit the Hanging Church built over the fortress of Babylon, St. Sergius church built in the area where the Holy Family took refuge, the Ben Ezra Synagogue, and St George Greek Orthodox church.
      After lunch, the next stop will be at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, the new home of the Royal Mummies exhibited in a new interactive display using 21st century cutting-edge technology that goes beneath the wrappings, revealing their secrets, shedding light on the ritual and religious beliefs surrounding mummification in ancient Egypt. It is the first of its kind in the Arab World. It presents the full range of richness and diversity of Egyptian Civilization throughout the ages. It was opened in 2021.
      Meals : Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner
  • Day 6 :
    • Morning at leisure
      Lunch cruise on board the "Golden Pharaoh". Late check out.
      Dinner stop on the way to Cairo Airport for departure to the States
      Meals : Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner.
  • Day 7 : 
    • Arrival to Washington DC.
